Peter Ormerod researches information privacy law and law and technology more broadly. His current projects focus on the regulation of commercial surveillance practices and on the political economy of data-intensive businesses. He has previously published journal articles on the interaction of privacy law and competition law, the duty of data security, technology鈥檚 effects on Fourth Amendment doctrine and privacy law鈥檚 enforcement mechanisms.听Before joining 无码专区, Ormerod was an assistant professor of law at Northern Illinois University College of Law and an assistant professor of business law at Western Carolina University.听

Paul Figley is professor of legal rhetoric emeritus at American University Washington听College of Law (AUWCL), where he taught from 2006 to 2024. During his tenure at AUWCL, the Student Bar Association voted him Professor of the Year in 2012-13 and Faculty Member of the Year for 2014-15. Figley was also a US Department of Justice litigator for three decades. During his last fifteen years at Justice, he served as Deputy Director in the Torts Branch of the Civil Division. At Justice, Figley represented the United States and its agencies in appellate and district court litigation involving torts, national security and information law.听He headed defense teams for Agent Orange, Katrina Flood and Nuclear Radiation Litigation.

Amy Feinberg is a tax controversy lawyer with expertise in the effects of procedural rules on low-income taxpayers.听She is the 2025-26 visiting assistant professor directing the Tax Clinic, where she teaches the clinic seminar. Feinberg supervises students in their work on behalf of low-income taxpayers across all stages of tax controversies, from administrative proceedings to litigation. The Tax Clinic assists taxpayers with many issues, including tax credit matters, IRS collections and obtaining tax refunds for incarcerated individuals.

Nikola Hajdin鈥檚 research lies at the intersection of criminal law, the First Amendment and international law. In addition to his role at 无码专区, he is also currently a research fellow at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution, and an affiliate at the Program in Law, Science & Technology at Stanford Law School. Before coming to the United States, Nikola was a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Law and Christ Church, Oxford University. He has taught law at various universities, including Georgetown University Law Center, Oxford University and Stockholm University. He holds a PhD in international law from Stockholm University and has received legal training at Harvard Law School and Cambridge University.

Bradley Moore is a seasoned practitioner and educator whose work has focused on civil rights, education law, complex commercial litigation and the intersection of law and science. Before joining 无码专区, Moore previously taught first-year and upper-level legal practice courses as an adjunct professor at Widener University Delaware Law School. In addition to practice for law firms in Connecticut, Illinois and Pennsylvania, he has served as a staff attorney for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as a Law Fellow in Yale University鈥檚 Office for the General Counsel, as a law clerk for the Honorable Raymond M. Kethledge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and most recently as a civil rights enforcement attorney for a government agency. Moore was also elected as a School Director on the Radnor Township School District school board from 2019 to 2023.

Jean Sbarge teaches legal research, analysis, writing and communication in the first-year legal writing program.听 Sbarge has more than two decades of experience teaching legal writing.听 She is an associate professor at Widener University Delaware Law School, where she teaches first-year and upper-level legal writing and research, and has taught advanced appellate advocacy, wills and trusts and essential legal concepts. Prior to becoming a law professor, Sbarge was a litigation associate at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, Philadelphia, where she practiced commercial litigation, media law and white-collar criminal law.

Michael Furey serves as head of emerging law practice technology with the 无码专区 Law Library. He is also the advisor to the Murphy Family Endowed Moot Court Board. Furey鈥檚 work is focused on researching existing and emerging technology solutions, including generative artificial intelligence, for use in legal practice, scholarship and curriculum. In addition to fraud and consumer protection law, Furey鈥檚 research interests are in using open-sourced technology to make legal information and public services more accessible.

Marlee McCadden is an attorney whose work focuses on direct services representation and advocacy for immigrants. McCadden is the clinical fellow for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (CARES), where she co-teaches the clinic seminar and supervises student advocates working on immigration legal services.

McCadden is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has served as the advocacy liaison and co-asylum liaison for the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
