The Scarpa Center, in conjunction with 无码专区 Law's externship program, coordinates placements that align with the Where Law Meets Business听辫丑颈濒辞蝉辞辫丑测.听
无码专区 Law externships provide students with the opportunity to observe and work directly with an experienced legal practitioner in a real-world learning environment. Students听work under the guidance of an on-site supervising attorney, allowing them to observe and work with an expert gaining hands-on legal experience.听

SCARPA FELLOWS
The Scarpa Fellows are committed to raising awareness of the Scarpa Center and its mission while furthering the Charles Widger School of Law philosophy, Where Law Meets Business.
Each Fellow is expected to provide leadership to the Entrepreneurship Law Society, maintain and expand digital and social media presence, assist in the development and execution of the Scarpa Center events, organize and oversee student competitions, interface with other schools, departments, organizations across 无码专区 and beyond, and provide leadership and research on established law and topical entrepreneurial issues.

Nicholas Briggs 鈥27 is from Utica, NY. Briggs graduated from Wake Forest University in 2022 with a BS in Business & Enterprise Management. He is now a second-year JD/MBA candidate at 无码专区 Law, where he concentrates in Sports Law and competes on the Football Negotiation Team.
Briggs鈥 professional experience spans outbound sales with the Dallas Cowboys and legal internships with Optimum Sports Consulting and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE). Raised by entrepreneur parents, he brings a deep respect for discipline, integrity and client service. A first-generation law student, Briggs aims to build a transactional career, ideally in-house within professional sports, while keeping the door open to launching ventures of his own.
Briggs became a Scarpa Fellow to champion the Scarpa Center鈥檚 鈥淲here Law Meets Business鈥 mission by supporting the Entrepreneurship Law Society, helping deliver high-impact events and student competitions, and engaging with the region鈥檚 startup community.
Outside the classroom, Briggs enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his pets back home, checking out local restaurants, watching sports and skiing in the winter.

Alysse Danyi 鈥26听is from Nazareth, PA. Danyi graduated听summa cum laude听from Franklin & Marshall College in 2023, where she studied business, public policy and German. In addition to her academic achievements, Danyi was a competitive track and cross-country athlete.
At 无码专区 Law, Danyi is an Articles Editor for the听无码专区 Law Review, Co-Director of the Walter A. Lucas Public Interest Fellowship Program and a Civil Procedure Teaching Assistant. Danyi was also a student attorney with the Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship in Spring 2025.
Danyi pursued the opportunity to become a Scarpa Fellow because of her prior experience working with entrepreneurs in the nonprofit sector and her interest in exploring ways in which lawyers can support entrepreneurs. Danyi aims to integrate her business experience and her interest in public policy into her future legal practice. She also hopes to increase student involvement with the Scarpa Center as Editor-in-Chief of the Scarpa Center's Forum on Entrepreneurship & Law.

Nikolette Dusevic 鈥26 is from New York. She graduated from Boston University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in law and business analytics. At 无码专区 Law, Dusevic has pursued a variety of professional experiences. She has worked as an intern with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General鈥檚 Consumer Protection Bureau and currently works at Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. She also served as a Summer Associate with Morgan Stanley in 2024 and Haynes Boone, LLP in 2025.
Dusevic is a member of the Business Law Concentration and serves as executive editor of the听无码专区 Law Review听and managing editor of the Forum on Entrepreneurship & Law. Following graduation, she will begin her career with Haynes Boone as an Associate in the Investment Management Group.

Nicole Ged 鈥27 is from South Florida. She graduated from 无码专区 with a major in Political Science and minors in Business, Communications and Peace and Justice. She is currently pursuing her JD/MBA from 无码专区 Law and Business School. At 无码专区 Law, Nicole serves as the vice president of the Entrepreneurship Law Society, apparel chair of the Student Bar Association, a 2L representative of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association, a member of the Scarpa Corporate Negotiations Team and a Scarpa Fellow.听
This previous summer, Ged worked for the legal department at Soho House in New York City. She is eager the utilize both her degrees and serve as a resource for students wanting to intersect their law degree with business and entrepreneurship. Outside of school, Ged is passionate about non-toxic living and clean products.听

Alex Godiner 鈥27听graduated听cum laude听from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in law, justice and advocacy. Before law school, Godiner worked on a judicial campaign as an undergraduate and later gained experience in personal injury law at Morgan & Morgan. Last summer, he worked at a firm focusing on municipal law, and next summer he will join Tyson & Mendes in their San Diego office to pursue a career in civil litigation.
At 无码专区 Law, Godiner serves as the secretary of both the Pro Bono Society and OUTLaw and is also a member of the Scarpa Corporate Negotiation Team. As a Scarpa Fellow, he is eager to promote the Center鈥檚 mission of bridging the gap between law and entrepreneurship while engaging with peers, faculty and industry leaders to further develop his skills and experience.

Aidan Grigorian 鈥27 is from Summit, NJ. He graduated from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, and a minor in psychology. In addition to his academic achievements, Grigorian competed as a member of TCNJ鈥檚 Division 3 men鈥檚 soccer team. This past summer, Grigorian gained valuable experience as a legal intern at Construction Specialties, where he was exposed to a variety of practice areas. At 无码专区 Law, he is a member of the Soccer Negotiation Team.
Grigorian pursued the opportunity to become a Scarpa Fellow because of his strong interest in the intersection of law and business. He is eager to contribute to the Scarpa Center鈥檚 mission of promoting an entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset within the 无码专区 Law community

William Franco 鈥26 graduated听cum laude听from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2021 and began his career at the London Stock Exchange Group. This past summer, he split his time between Berkowitz, Trager & Trager LLC, where he focused on corporate transactions, and the听无码专区 General Counsel's Office.听 In addition, he is the associate editor of the 无码专区 Environmental Law Journal.听听
As a Scarpa Fellow, Franco will be piloting a new initiative in collaboration with the 无码专区 School of Business's Wildcat Fund, a long-only equity fund with over $2.2m in assets under management. He will identify and analyze legal, regulatory, and political developments that may impact portfolio holdings.听听
Outside of academics and professional work, Franco is an Ironman triathlete who enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors, which keeps him energized and focused.听听

Hanna Hyppolite 鈥26 is from Long Island, New York.听 Hyppolite graduated cum laude from SUNY Binghamton with her bachelor鈥檚 degree in Africana Studies with a Minor in Women, Gender and Sexuality. Prior to law school, she spent a year abroad teaching the English language to middle school students in South Korea. Hyppolite also worked as a foreclosure paralegal and as the head of the loss mitigation sector. At 无码专区 Law, Hyppolite was the treasurer of the Black Law Student Association and currently serves as the president of the Fashion Law Society, where she leads programming and initiatives at the intersection of fashion and law.
This past summer, Hyppolite worked with ESCA Legal, a boutique intellectual property firm, where she gained valuable experience in transactional matters, business development and legal practice in trademark prosecution. Her areas of legal interest include intellectual property, transactional law, brand enforcement and anticounterfeit initiatives. As a Scarpa Fellow, Hyppolite is eager to continue exploring how law shapes creative industries and creating connections that support her professional growth. She also hopes to contribute to the Scarpa Center through events, programming and being a resource for students considering careers in business and law.

Lindsey Ling 鈥27 is from Kansas City, Kansas. Ling attended the University of Minnesota 鈥 Twin Cities, graduating summa cum laude听with degrees in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics. Last summer, she was a Summer Associate at Greenberg Traurig. During her first summer of law school, Ling interned at the Delaware Court of Chancery under Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick, where she gained valuable experience researching and drafting court documents and memoranda on Delaware corporate law.
At 无码专区 Law, Ling is involved with the Corporate and Entrepreneurial Law Societies and contributes to the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. She also manages her e-commerce clothing business, which has over 2,400 sales, and enjoys engaging with new business ventures.

Brett Mastrangelo 鈥26听is from 无码专区, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from West Chester University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is the founder of Adjustiblox, a height-adjustable yoga block business.听This past summer, Mastrangelo gained valuable experience as a summer associate at Duane Morris in Philadelphia, where he will be starting his legal career following graduation. He was previously a student attorney with the 无码专区 Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship and a judicial extern for The Honorable Kelly D. Eckel. Mastrangelo currently serves as an articles editor for the听无码专区 Law Review, a managing editor for the听Forum on Entrepreneurship & Law, and president of the听Entrepreneurship Law Society.
Mastrangelo pursued the opportunity to become a Scarpa Fellow due to his entrepreneurial mindset, business background and his passion for promoting the intersection of entrepreneurship and law within the 无码专区 community and beyond. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and playing chess.

Zack Mouzakes 鈥26 is from Albany, New York. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 2023, where he majored in Government with a concentration in American politics. Mouzakes鈥 education at Wesleyan informed his interest in pursuing a career in law and gaining a better understanding of a lawyer鈥檚 role in entrepreneurship. At 无码专区 Law, Mouzakes serves as a student works editor on the听无码专区 Law Review听and is a Property Law teaching assistant.
This past summer, Mouzakes gained experience in transactional practices, including finance and real estate and corporate and securities law as a summer associate with Dechert LLP in Philadelphia.
As a Scarpa Fellow, Mouzakes looks forward to exploring the intersection of entrepreneurship and law through hands-on experience.

Tiffany Nguyen 鈥27 is from Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Nguyen received her graduate degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and her undergraduate degree from Haverford College. Before law school, she worked at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in New York, specializing in mortgage-backed securities in the Fixed Income Analytics & AI group.
At 无码专区 Law, Nguyen leads the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) as president and represents her peers as an ambassador for the Deans鈥 Mental Health and Well-being Advisory Council. She was also selected as a 2025 Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Fellow and is pursuing the Business Law Concentration.
Nguyen became a Scarpa Fellow to combine her interests in business and law and to share her passion for business with the 无码专区 Law community. She plans to pursue a career in bankruptcy and corporate law, where she can apply her experience in finance to complex legal and business challenges.

Juhi Patel 鈥26 grew up in Edison, New Jersey after moving to the United States from India at a young age. She double-majored in Exercise Science & Sports Studies and Political Science at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Prior to law school, Patel has worked as a physical therapy aide, medical assistant and paralegal. She has also held a host of leadership roles as a Dean鈥檚 Ambassador, editor-in-chief of the Sports Law Blog, and vice president of the Labor & Employment Law Society. Additionally, this year she is co-captain of the Soccer Sports Law Negotiation team following a 1st overall win at the 2025 NYLS Soccer Dispute Resolution Competition.
As a first-generation college and law student, Patel believes that the best way to learn is by trying new things. During her time at 无码专区 Law, Patel has worked at various in-house legal departments, including the 无码专区 Office of General Counsel as well as two local start-ups, Spark Therapeutics, a gene therapy company, and Playfly Sports, a multi-media rights sports company. She has admired learning about what inspires and drives different founders to launch their businesses. Patel is excited to deepen her involvement with the Scarpa Center and continue to foster new relationships, learn about the intersections of entrepreneurship, the law, and various industries.

Zen Rizzuto-Flancbaum 鈥26听is from New Jersey and now resides in South Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from the 无码专区 School of Business, where he also rowed for four years in 无码专区鈥檚 top boat. Now a 3L, Zen is the managing editor for outside articles for听Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, president and co-founder of the 无码专区 Italian American Legal Organization (VIALO), and president and founder of the Philosophical, Legal, & Academic Thought Organization (PLATO) at the law school. Zen plans on practicing securities after law school.
This past summer, Zen piloted Troutman Pepper Locke鈥檚 international corporate law program, where he spent a month in Rome with Troutman鈥檚 partner firm, GPD. Then, Zen worked in London with in-house counsel from Dar, a portfolio company under Sidara Collaborative, which is one of the world鈥檚 largest engineering and urban design firms.

Joshua Schulman 鈥27 is from Lower Merion, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development. Schulman has built a strong entrepreneurial foundation through the creation of two businesses, a non-profit recreational basketball league and a custom t-shirt printing company. Upon graduating from 无码专区 Law, Schulman plans to pursue a career at the intersection of business and law, either in the sports industry or in a traditional corporate setting, with a focus on venture capital, private equity, and broader business development.
This past summer, Schulman served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kai N. Scott in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked part-time at Sirlin, Lesser & Benson, a boutique real estate law firm. At 无码专区 Law, Schulman is the vice president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and a member of the Basketball Negotiation Team.
As a Scarpa Fellow, Schulman looks forward to engaging students in the connection between entrepreneurship and law, as well as assisting business leaders in achieving success in their ventures.

Peightyn Schwartz 鈥27 is from Pottsville, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude听from Franklin & Marshall College in 2023 with a joint degree in Business and Government, where she also served as captain of the softball team. Prior to law school, Schwartz worked in small business consulting, collaborating with entrepreneurs to help them navigate financial and legal barriers to launching their ventures. She also gained legal experience as a paralegal at a family law firm and as a legal intern at a personal injury and criminal defense practice. At 无码专区 Law, Schwartz serves as an Honor Board Representative and as social media chair of the Entrepreneurship Law Society.
Schwartz became a Scarpa Fellow to continue her passion for supporting entrepreneurs and to integrate her interests in business and law. Through the Scarpa Center, she hopes to engage other students interested in entrepreneurship and contribute to high-impact programming and events. Schwartz aims to pursue a transactional legal career after law school, while remaining connected to the entrepreneurial community.
